Required Actions
Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) model:
Schools that are part of the Comprehensive Support and Improvement model must complete the following actions:
- Complete the 91±¬ÁÏ School Needs Assessment led by a team of stakeholders from the school.
- Develop a School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) based on the Needs Assessment that is submitted to 91±¬ÁÏ for approval.
- Participate in support organized through 91±¬ÁÏ.
Schools in the CSI model are also eligible to participate in 91±¬ÁÏ's Supplemental Support Programs.

Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) model

Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) model
Schools that are part of the Additional Targeted Support and Improvement model or the Targeted Support and Improvement model must complete the following actions:
- Complete the 91±¬ÁÏ School Needs Assessment led by a team of stakeholders from the school.
- Develop a School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) based on the Needs Assessment that is submitted to 91±¬ÁÏ for approval.
- Participate in support organized through the district and/or BOCES.

Schools in the ATSI model are also eligible to participate in 91±¬ÁÏ's Supplemental Support Programs.
Target DistrictÌýRequired Actions
Target Districts must complete the following actions:
- Support schools in the CSI, ATSI, and TSI support models develop, implement, and monitor their SCEPs.
- Complete the 91±¬ÁÏ District Needs Assessment led by a team of district-level and school-level staff.
- Develop a District Comprehensive Improvement Plan (DCIP) based on the Needs Assessment that is submitted to 91±¬ÁÏ.
