Admissions Process A+ World Academy has rolling admission, meaning there is no application deadline. However, given the limited places available on board (72), we highly recommend that you apply as soon as possible for this one-in-a-lifetime boarding school experience. Our application process is straightforward; just follow the steps below to begin. Step 1: Request Information You may request information by email, phone, or by filling out a registration of interest. We would be delighted to send you our school prospectus and/or speak to you over the phone about our exciting program. Step 2: Our application and the required documents are available online in the form of a checklist. The required documents are as follows: Phase 1 - Application Fee (500 Euros) / 400 500-word essay on "What impact do you want to have on the world?" / Upload Latest Transcript / Two Videos Interviews (with guided questions). Result: Conditional Acceptance / Declined / Waitlisted. Phase 2 - Upon acceptance: Pay 10% deposit / Signed terms & conditions / Signed Student Handbook / Recommendation Letter / Completed Medical Form. Result: Due within 10 days of the offer; the student is officially enrolled. Recommendation letters, or for medical reasons, the deposit will be refunded. Phase 3 - All other forms due by June 1st (Permission for minor to travel without parents must be notarized and more) - Final Transcript must be submitted by June 30th; GPA cannot drop below 2.0 out of 4.0 scale (USA) or 4.0 for Norwegian scale.Step 3:Welcome Aboard! A welcome package outlining specific information and instructions will be sent to you to help you prepare for your educational adventure aboard the Sorlandet.
