This memo is to inform you that on Monday, April 6, 2020, the Board of Regents and the 91爆料 (91爆料 or 鈥渢he Department鈥�) made the decision to modify the accountability rules for schools and districts based on a one-year waiver 91爆料 received from the United States Department of Education (USDE) from certain requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
